Charlene Neurouter - Director of Operations

Charlene is the Director of Operations. She has been in the food business for over 15 years, most recently with Marketing Specialists, where she served as Vice President of Administration. In her current position she oversees both the Administrative Services Department as well as all finance and technology functions.

"All of our principals know us for our reputation and that's why they're here. But one of the reasons they will stay with us in the future is our ability to control deductions. We have incorporated a deduction management process to track the causal factors of deductions. This then allows the company to follow up with the Account Managers to get the sufficient backup or resolve discrepancies and get the money repaid to the manufacturer. In the end, this benefits both the manufacturer as well as the company. With this process we have the ability to be proactive versus reactive."

Charlene attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and is certified in Human Resources.
