Russ Trautwig - Senior Business Manager

Russ brings with him 18 years of broker experience including positions as Director of Sales and Sales Manager for companies such as The Boerner Company, Merkert Enterprises and Marketing Specialists.

"As a company, we recognize the very difficult marriage between being customer-focused and being able to get the objectives of the clients to coincide. We are the true broker, and it is ultimately our responsibility for this client/customer relationship and all of its intricacies. That's what a broker does, and I think we do it better here than anywhere else I've ever worked. Fred and Mark are extremely accessible and open to discussing any and all business issues. We are constantly discussing how we can improve our sales, and better serve our principals."

In regards to the future, Russ says that the sky's the limit. "As the brokerage business in recent past has gone to bigger, broader and greater geographies, I think it has missed the local expertise that a broker always brought to the table."
